Medinah Park District Adult Wellness Programs

Programs include Circuit Training, Pilates, Zumba, Tai Chi, Yoga, and more as well as classes emphasizing nutrition and diet for individuals. Please reference your seasonal brochure for specific offerings and locations. Many programs take place at the Roselle Park District or Bloomingdale Park District Recreation Centers.

New! Stretch Infusion

This class focuses on stretching with incorporation of Pilates, yoga, balance and ab workouts. At times, light weights or tubing will be used. For those participants who cannot get on the floor, chair or wall exercises will be utilized.

Zumba

This one-hour energetic workout will have you sweating in no time. With Latin-based rhythms, motivating music, and easy-to-follow combinations, this total-body workout combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, and boosted positive energy. Remember your water bottle, and come ready for a dance party!
